Background: Private catering in Palm Beach, estate chef for the Gillette family, caterer for Jack Nicklaus.
Toughest CIA class: "Baking. That class forced me to become good at baking since then so I could put it to rest."
Specialty: "We've zeroed in producing the authentic Maryland crab cake, best in the area.
It's something everyone else tries and messes up. It's so simple, but people try too hard."
Chef he admires: "Joe Puechner, who used to be the chef at Pier 66 in Ft. Lauderdale.
A true professional. Didn't ask anyone to do what he wouldn't do. Top Quality. Common sense.
The epitome of a chef. Honest cookin'."

Robert and Anita have lived in South Florida for over 20 years.
